GENERAL DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE
The Division President is accountable for the administrative, financial, and operations departments at GFO Home
Dallas Division.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and visionary Division President to lead our Dallas division. The successful
candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of division operations, driving business growth, and ensuring
the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Division President will play a pivotal role in shaping
the strategic direction of the division and contributing to the overall success of GFO Home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategic Vision:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the division in alignment with GFO Home’s overall objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership to the division team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

 

2. Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including land acquisition, construction, sales, and customer service.
  • Implement efficient processes to streamline operations and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines for home construction.

 

3. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for division growth.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials,
    contractors, and real estate professionals.

 

4. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the division’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

 

5. Customer Satisfaction:

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the home
    buying process.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on feedback.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Vice President or Division President in the home building industry is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Relevant professional certifications and licenses as required.
  • Proven leadership experience in the new home builder’s industry, with a track record of successfully managing and
    growing divisions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and writing capabilities. Must be able to present ideas, concepts, and technical strategies
    individually and in groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
